well I have done the 3rd party apps back up and now just searching for the file with my Pin ...any suggestions where that bugger might be???

Go to your search program on your computer

select files/folders
Check mark hidden files as well
Type in your exact pin number in file name box
click search
it will pull up a folder with your pin and a alx file with your pin
move the alx file into the folder with your pin and then move that file somewhere that is easy to find. IE a folder like I have or your desktop

It is an ota (over the air) link so you need to click on it with your bb browser. It will install automatically
