HI!!! yes it was orig. a mac theme, i found it on deviant art..... I dont know if the icons come separately, mac users can download it for a mac...and then take the icons i believe though.

Well the only place I have been able to find this, is on deviantart. And they are not icons, but just a theme file for mac . I really like this idea, and really wanted to make it, but unless we can find the actual icons for it, its not looking good.

Its possible to replicate the icons, but they only show a few icons in the picture, and I do not have a mac to apply the theme to check out the rest.
