That is totally possible, are you good with any photo editing programs to make the shoes into icons? If so plazmic is pretty straight forward for a basic theme. If not there are people offering to build custom themes.

I am working on two themes right now and want to finish those up before starting something new. If no one has helped you out on this I when I'm done with those I will do it.
