Everytime I install a new theme I have to clean up my icons/folders arrangement the way I like it. Is there a way to load "your own default" arrangement?

not with a "new" theme.

The theme settings are stored in the db, so if you uninstall/reinstall the same theme, it will remember your settings.

Wow that is extremely annoying. Takes me forever to re-do all the icons every time I change themes!

But once you get them all installed and setup you can switch between them and all will be well. It's a one-time annoyance...per theme.
