Zen, Zen, Zen....sometimes it's nice to roll back to the 'ol speedy Precision Zen theme isn't it? well maybe not. But the simplicity is nice! So I started customizing the Default Zen theme to my liking, complete with red icons. Then I added a couple more tweaks. Then a couple more. Next thing I know, I have started making my own version of Precision Zen...BBZen Pro.

This theme is a little different than what most of you theme junkies are used to. There are no fancy animations, no hidden docks and its not very wallpaper friendly. But that doesn't mean this baby isn't sexy. I replaced the default look with a glass like appearance. The home screen icons pulsate when highlighted and the screen transitions give it a continuous feel. BBZ is also pretty snappy. I really tried to keep the file size to a minimum. I added the normal weather slot in the banner along with Clock, Calendar, App menu, BerryWeather and Quicklaunch hotspots. I also did something I have never done before in a theme. I added a landscape homescreen.

So give this theme a tryout and let me know how it runs.

Please report all findings in this thread. And as always, do a battery pull after installation and allow the theme to settle in.

Added an aditional Black & White version. Some fonts may be hard to read but still looks nice overall.

this theme is great and thanks for as always making it free. If you create a version with 1 row of icons I would be more than happy to donate. Also plus one on the hidden today calendar hotspot not working, I have an S1 so maybe that is the issue??

This is a great theme! There are so many improvements over the stock theme!

That being said (please don't wince, I'm just askin'), is there any way to turn off the text that pops up when you touch certain icons (SMS text, calendar)? I have BerryWeather as my background and the text overlay gets in the way sometimes....

Please don't take this as a negative point to the theme, as that is not my intent at all... :-)
