Looking good. If I may, I suggest giving a curve to the corners of the background, and starting the image a bit lower, so that you can fit in time/battery/cell strength/carrier in a line in black above it.
That would give the illusion of the info being clear of the devices main screen.
And it seems that unselected apps have a ghosted circle behind their icon.

if he found out a way to have a working dial number on the homescreen i can only imagine what else possible but im still going for a button or image with no action.

Everything will be up and ready to download in about a week we do not want to create something that is garbage and call it a theme we are about the quality of our work so please just be patient what you see posted is just some ideas for the moment but the final out come is going to be great.
