Since this was written back in Nov 08 and the Storm they are talking about is the 9530, I'd put money on it that the author of the article had wrote the model number down wrong in his notes and just kept perpetuating it throughout his article.
If you read anywhere these days, you will find out that writers are not flawless when it comes to spelling, grammar and in a lot of cases, FACTS.
If you do a Goggle search you'll find a ton of references for 9350, just means there's a ton of mistakes out there.
So there is no 9350, well at least not yet.
