I would GLADLY pay for the following two themes for Storm...
A storm version of the Glockberry theme, maybe refined a little more...
And an US ARMY ACU based theme, there is a great version I got from pimp my blackberry..but it was for my 8330..

i would take like an ACU Theme, but would want a background with Jump Wings on it or maybe just an Airborne theme. I would without a doubt pay for a good Airborne theme. If someone has one or can create one, please PM me.

Below is my own custom theme I run...If anyone would like, I could simply incorporate the ACU image into the theme...I don't fuss around with changing icons. But you can have several different "backgrounds" when customizing a theme...homescreen, lockscreen, screen with icons on it (i.e. bottom left screenshot), outgoing call, incoming call and active call. IF there are other Army type pictures you like to see - post them here.

The red circles indicate hidden icons - top left is the clock, top right is the browser. I would probably have to change some color schemes around...
