hey guys. i cannot figure out how to open this file. it says windows doesn't recognize the file, blah blah blah. any suggestions for programs that will open this would be greatly appreciated. thanks a lot!!!

Not sure which theme you are after, but for the Air Force Theme with the flying planes, you have to go to my website Digital Paintshop and donate in order to get the theme. The donation can range from $1.50 up to whatever you think it is worth. I then send you the link via email which you click on directly from your BB Storm1 or Storm2.

It is ONLY available for the Storms at this time. Sorry.

how do set this theme on my phone i downloaded it but it doesnt show up on my themes list

First, How did you download? The Air Force theme is a premium theme and requires payment. If you do have the theme...What version of the OS are you using. That theme is for version 5 only. If you are using 4.7 you will need to upgrade your OS to 5.
