    I have a device that is taking about 11 seconds to switch from HUB to Work Email on BES10 with Exchange 2010 SP3 RU10.

    -No other user is complaining
    -The user only has 100 emails in the Inbox and we sync last 30days only to device
    -The device and email work fine generally, but its very slow in switching from any other HUB options (i.e. PIN, TEXT, CALLS etc.) to Work Email.

    I have removed the user from BES and reactivated, wiped the device, tried a different device (Classic, Q10) and both show the same symptons.

    I noticed that when we activate a device and while the work email is empty (not sync'ed yet) its fine to switch between HUB and work email but its just as soon as emails appear then its becomes slow (11 seconds)

    any suggestions what could be causing this ?

    Are you able to access OWA in a timely manner otherwise?

    I can log into OWA and email works fine from a desktop. The issue is when on a BB when i am switching to/from the work email to any other HUB option, as it its the activesync that is having issues connecting/disconnecting
