    We have an installation of BES12 in our network and when we try to activate iOS & Android devices on the BES12 server, we get an error 3007.

    If we use cellular data, we are able to activate. Also, we tried to activate using external hot spots. I also created an Internet connection sharing on a laptop connected to my LAN using Ethernet and pointed my device to the ICS connection and was able to activate that way.
    What could be blocking on my Wireless network? Could this be a Certificate related issue.

    This refers to BES10 but likely similar to BES12.

    KB34201-"Error 3007: Server is not available. Please try again later or contact your administrator" is displayed during activation of an iOS device or Android device on BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1
