I've been working with Blackberry on the following error in my log files on a very fresh and clean installation of BES 12.4.1. So far BB Support has no answers for me. I waned to see if anyone here had anything to add. I get this error around 20 times per day sometimes 1-3 per hour but not at any specific time interval. The server is in test and not under any load. I receive this message when there are NO activated devices on the server. It does appear to be related to the connectivity between the core and us.bbsecure.com which seems to be communication between my system and the BB Servers. This system sits on a robust 75/75mbps network behind a business grade firewall with no blocked outbound ports. Thanks for any help you may have to offer.
