I hunted for WAV and didnt find anything so I hope this hasnt already been covered. Our voice mail system emails us WAV files that will not play on a blackberry. Has anyone solved this yet?

I think you've already read this, but, it seems unless you're using a 81/8800 series device (4.2 O.S), it will not work...

ps: 71/72 series device will probably NEVER get the 4.2 O.S...

I'm just having problems checking my voicemail. I've called into my service providers IT team and they have reset my voicemail passcode several times; still can't listen to them. I have a full voicemail-box and just need to delete all of them. Is there a way that I can delete all messages in my voicemail-box without having to sign into it?

whopkins: what voice mail system are you dealing with? We have Mitel and had to do a software upgrade on it and after talking with our Mitel support vendor we had to setup a new group with a different configuration and move the Blackberry users to that group.
