Just had the update from my company that they are rolling out BES10 and providing staff with either a Z10 or a Q5 starting from March. This will be for something in the region of a few thousand staff that use the current BES platform and the assortment of 8*** and 9*** series smartphones. The upgrade is a straight swap from existing phone to a choice of the 2 handsets, no word on supporting BYOD though! Great news for me and a good bit of news for Blackberry in the UK.

Awesome news, though a Z30 or a Q10 would be better.

Yes, it's about 2.5 times more expensive than a Z10

Tell me about it! I was holding out for the z30! Apparently its a business deal worked out with our carrier EE and they only supply the Z10 and the Q5. If they allow BYOD then I will happily pay to get myself a Z30 and use balance for corporate access alongside my personal use. Good resuly for Blackberry, has been quite a few UK businesses signing up and deploying BES10 recently.
