I'm in the process of upgrading our exchange from 2003 to 2007. What do I need to do with the BES? I'm only supporting 3 users currently (small company) so would it be easier to rebuild the BES pointing to the new server, or redirect it? Any help is much appreciated.

It seems the BES has found the new exchange server on its own, however... now we can't access the server with our BB.

You need to rebuild the permissions for BESAdmin on 2007. It doesn't automatically come over from 2003. RIM has an upgrade doc on btsc that has a powershell script you can run to do that for you.
