    We have BES10 v10.2.3 and I'm looking to upgrade to the latest version of BES12. Is it as simple as running the BES 12.0.0.exe file (and then subsequent versions) I downloaded from myblackberry.com?

    What about licensing? My research shows v10 licenses are incompatible with 12. How do I upgrade those? I have perpetual silver licenses with v10.

    If you have perpetual licenses, you need a maintenance contract on them with BlackBerry in order to be covered for license upgrade protection.

    Once you get to 12.0, you can go directly to SP2 MR1 then SP3.
