My telecom/IT folks just enable Unified Messaging on our Inter-Tel phone system. So, now I get emails with my voicemail message attached. Sadly, the voicemails are attached as .wav files and I cannot seem to play them on my 7130c or 8700g blackberry's.

Does anyone know a way around this or a 3rd party application that I might purchase to help with this?

    Thank you in advance.

To sucessfully open Wav files you need a device running handheld firmware version 4.2 (not yet available for the 8700 or 7130). 4.2 now ships on the Pearl, 8800 and of course will ship on thw upcoming 8300. You also need to be running BES 4.1 Service Pack 2.

This is a big issue for me as well and I saw that it was never resolved in the thread linked here. I cant find version 4.2 of the firmware for the 7520 either.
