    Hi,

    I have just signed up for BES10 Cloud and have downloaded and installed the BB Cloud Connector application.

    I have performed the following steps to activate the Cloud Connector:
    1. Installation of BB Cloud Connector
    2. Generate and download activation file (from BES10 Cloud)
    3. Import into BB Cloud Connector web page


    It then provides the following error message "Activation was not successful". I have repeated steps 2 & 3 with no change in the outcome.

    What are my other options to further troubleshoot this issue? is there specific inbound firewall ports that are required to the local server running the BB Cloud Connector app? (Outbound firewall rules allow all traffic)

    I'd imagine traffic would have to be allowed in both directions through the firewall but I don't know the specific port having not looked in to how the connector works.

    If I had to guess I'd say it might be the good old BES classic port of 3101.
