I want to know, is there a way to temporarily disable a BES user, BUT, not to remove his/her account completely? Thus they can still use their BlackBerry, but can't send / receive BES emails, but can still send / receive BIS emails...
not totally. You can disable redirection on the server so that none of their mail will go to the device, but they can still send mail from their BES account and use the GAL.
