    For about 5 weeks now, I am not able to view emails on my Blackberry older than a week. We use Outlook for our email, and I have emails in my inbox dating back to July '07. I've done numerous battery pulls, numerous Enterprise Activations and I've even wiped the BB, and did the Enterprise Activation after that, but I still have the same results. This is really starting to annoy me. My help desk is in India, and they have assured me there is nothing on the BES side that would be causing this. I even called Sprint and they have no clue either. Anyone have any ideas?

    No answer here, but just wanted to chime in that I've had the same problem. I wanted ALL emails to show up, old and new (seemed like a reasonable request, huh?) I was told by our IT techs that you can restore from the old BB, but then it overwrites the emails since the new BB was activated. I was told that the new BB will only have emails since activation. They said that the BB only recognizes emails that are "new." Seems like BS to me, but I'm no tech person either. Ideas anyone?

    On the BES under Server settings, you have Messaging under Message Prepopulation By Message Age maximum days is 14 and Prepopulation By Message Count, maximum is 750
