Hope someone has the answer to this: We have the BlackBerry Z10, BES 10 and Exchange 2010. Have one phone/account that has added our entire global address book to their contacts. We also added Phone contacts into the the Exchange server. Two days ago this phone could do remote search in the Contacts. Now today no Remote Search in Contacts but works in e-mail. All other company Z10s have the Remote Search option in Contacts. Phone software release is 10.1.0.2039

Could this be as simple as there is nothing new, nothing left to search when the entire address book is already added?

When you start typing a name that is not in the global address list (just make one up), what happens? Moved to BES 10 forum for better results.
