    Hi all,

I've got some users that are giving complaints that their BB's do not update the read / write status.
Once read in OWA the message is still displaying as unread on the handheld.
This started happening after an exchange migration from Office 365 to Exchange 2010.

After a lot of research from my part and from RIM I still can't find a solution,
So it's time to turn to the experts on this part.

    Situation:
Read/Unread status do not update on the handheld since the migration from Office 365 to Exchange 2010,
This does NOT occur by all users.

    Actions allready undertaken:
Complete whipe on device with new enterprise activation (wireless and through cabel on BES)
Verifying that wireless reconsiliation is enabled.
    Resending service books to device.
Expanding message state to 1000 on the BES.
Removing user on BES and recreating user on BES.
    Moving mailboxes to different stores.
    Battery pull.
    Reconsile now.
On conflicts is set to mailbox wins.
New enterprise activation on another BB model then the user had (bold / torch)
    Restarting entire enterprise server.

There might be some more actions undertaken but I can't remember them all exactly.

Version of some BB's: 6.0.0.600 (Platform 6.6.0.223) - happens on different versions.
    BES Version: 5.0.4.11

I would be very happy if we can come up with a solution as none has been found thus far.
if you have any questions then please ask them and I will reply to them.

Are there any errors in your IIS logs that reference the device PIN or user account?
