Hi all,

currently I'm testing a BES 12 installation. The server was installed with a 60 day trial license and because I've some knowledge with BES 5 the setup and activation of BB devices wasn't a big problem. Currently I'm stuck during the integration of iOS devices. My main problem is the "secure workspace" feature. When I click within the BB management conole on "Settings -> external integration -> secure workspace" I always see the following:



Any ideas how to fix this?

edit: don't think it's a firewall issue, port 3101 is allowed, also tried it without the firewall.

I would check that all the services have started up on your BES 12 server. The SWS service is separate from others such as MDS.
