we have some of exchange server (for example A, B, C, D)
we have only one BES server
all users in one of our exchange server (for example exchange server C ) cannot send and receive email but other exchange server has no problem,
C is located in other town, phone provider said that they have no problem since
all users can do browsing to Internet and phone number not blocked
I did test using blackberry with Wifi but the email problem still exist
we did hard reset, rebooted exchange server ( c ), rebooted BES server
any troubleshooting suggestion will be appreciate
