    WE have BES 10.1.1 installed and updated. Phones will activate and work just fine.

    I need to change the it policy on one phone from just work side locked to device lock.

    I changed the user policy and submitted it.. It doesn't update on the q10. I saw there was a job delay setting in BES 10.1 console and lowered it from 15 minutes to 2. No difference.

    Created a blank it policy and pushed it to the phone. Phone still shows the initial it policy it was activated with.

    I tried restarting the phone and the same original it policy shows up under the workspace... unless i'm looking in the wrong place.

    I'm stumped.

    Hmm.. It finally updated after i left it for awhile and i disabled the device password.

    The blank IT poilicy was applied (acording to about - workspace) and shortly after i added the device password policy the phone prompted me for a password.

    weird.
