    When I get an e-mail from Outlook, the BES12 and Work Connect are set up to give me a sound and banner alert on my Iphone6. About 4 weeks ago, the sounds and alerts stopped working. The BES was reinstalled and still the alerts do not work. Other alerts such as a text are working fine.

    Is your BES certificate installed on your Exchange server?
