Hello,

So what i am trying to figure out, is how to view the status of Exchange Online while on BES 5.

If you have Office 365 incorporated into the BES 5 MDM Solution is there a section on the interface that will clearly show if the Exchange is running, down, live... Ect.

Or is it a case of assuming that if the Exchange account has been configured on the BES 5 and is showing up in the Server Components section of the BES 5 interface that its running. In which case if it were to stop running or go down, would either BlackBerry or Office 365 send a message out to let you know that this has happened?

Hope i have been clear enough with my explanation, I'm happy to answer questions if I've left out any information required for a solution to my query.

We are trying to get you an answer, but our BES people must be tied up at their day jobs. (and the one guy just had a baby, well his wife did anyways! )
