Was working fine on 10.1. Update on Z10 to 10.2.1.2179 (AT&T) is when Enterprise IM (Lync) v3.1.1.6 notifications stopped. If I am signed-on only on Z10, I receive 'Chats' (with red asterisk), however there is no sound or vibrate notification. I updated the notifications on both the general Notifications screen and under Application Notifications for Enterprise IM. If I have Enterprise IM open on my laptop as well, I don't even get the 'Chat' on the Z10 (whereas I used to after it went unanswered on laptop). Have had app deleted remotely from the Enterprise BES10 to my device as well, to no avail. Any other recommendations much appreciated.

i tried everything I can think of and have the same issue on q10. updated enteprise IM and still no luck...plz help

Same OS? Could be a bug. Try resetting the device to factory (back up first if you can). Restore everything except settings. Reactivate on the BES and see if you still have the issue. I'd you do try loading a leaked OS just to test (another 10.2.1)
