    Hi BlackBerry Lovers


    I am new to BlackBerry and I have just purchased BBQ10. I am set up all my email accounts but not able to set up work email account . It asks 3 fields like. User Id, Activation password and sever Id

    What is this guys? I want to start. BlackBerry blance feature and need to add my Work Email account.

    Please guide me guys.....

    Your company email must be using a BES 10 server. If they are not, you will not be able to use Balance.

    If your company does have the server, talk to your IT guys and they will provide you with the proper activation procedure. It's very simple, but they have to initialize your email to access the corporate resources.

    I know these messages are useful other than just giving you random words on a screen. It says to "Contact your administrator for details."

    Well have you?

    Correct, no BES 10.X server, no BlackBerry Balance feature.

    No problem. If your company does not have the BES10 server, you will not be able to user BlackBerry Balance, unfortunately. This may change down the line, but for now, that's it.

    MobileMadness002 suggested to contact your administrator... I think you should follow that advice.

    You don't. Need a bes server and those do not setup pop.
