Hi there
At the beginning, I have a exchange 2003 server with BES server.
I am migrating to exchange 2010.
When I move blackberry users to new exchange 2003 server, blackberry users receive well mail.
But I have a big problem about calendars: it is unstable.
It means:
- It doesn�t keep old appointed before to move users
- When Blackberry users accepted one appointment on outlook, the appointment stays 5 minutes on blackberry and goes away.
- When Blackberry add one appointment on outlook, the appointment stays 5 minutes on blackberry and goes away.
- Under outlook, all items (appointment) are ok

Couple of questions: one, how many users do you have on BES? Two, what version BES are you on?

One other one, did your users' calendars migrate okay otherwise? In other words, the calendars migrated ok on their computers, I'm assuming?

Also, did you move the BESAdmin account first? And run all the recommended setup prior to migration?

Hi there,
I have 5 users and everything is ok under outlook
I didn't move BESAdmin account
IS it not easier to install a new BES Server express ?

All of the BES users including the BESAdmin user should be on the same server (Exchange 2010).
For proper calendar synchronisation please configure BES for using Exchange Web Services as per the following article:
