    I have a user who sent several messages from her BB over the course of 2 days (last Wednesday and Thursday) and they were not delivered until today. I can see from my Exchange message tracking that they originated on the days they were sent, but were not submitted to be delivered until today. Any thoughts?

    Looking at my SMTP logs on Exchange I noticed some "450 please try again later" messages from att.net servers for the delayed messages. I can only think this was the cause since the user's BB carrier is ATT. The recipient address was on verizon.net, but for each message I did a tracert on the IP giving the error and it's always att.net.

    have you tried adding her address to the white list?

    Sound like is on ATT end, you might want to give them a call.
