Hello,

Fairly new to BES admin'ing and couldn't find this in a search:

We have configured BES for Content Protection, but have set the IT Policy so that the Address Book is not encrypted under CP. However, if a user gets a call while the phone is locked and the caller is in the user's Address Book, it still doesn't show up. Going into Options > Security Options > General Settings only shows the general Content Protection option, and nothing about including the Address Book.

Also, if the phone is locked and the user gets a reminder, nothing displays. Is there any way to get this to come up? Our users have a bit of a problem unlocking their devices while driving to see reminders, for some strange reason.
