All of our Blackberries migrated fine from BES10. We have also been able to activate a new iPhone onto BES12. However, the first iPhone I migrated is still showing "Migration in Progress" in the status area of BES12 (it's been 18 hours). They are still sending/receiving emails from BES10. The user shows in BES12 but not their device.

I had the user open the BES12 app on their iPhone when I clicked to migrate it. How can I get these iPhones migrated? Manually activated everyone one is absurd to have to do.

Did you migrate the user first and then the device?

PS I have a love hate relationship with SQL

Yes migrate user then the device. We have quite a few that will not migrate. We have some that we have to completely uninstall the app and reinstall then manually add etc. Not the smoothest process. I can't imagine having to do this for 50+ iphones since the app has to be open for it to migrate.

Had some today that wouldn't migrate until I upgraded the bes12 app to the latest version.

Because of the API on the iOS devices, and the need for the cert on those iOS devices that BES12 pushes, you will need to deactivate and reactive the iOS devices. You can still migrate the user and device from BES10 to BES12, but reactivation is needed.

We migrated about 130 iOS devices, and we had to 're' do it a couple of times. We sent a mail to the iOS users that they have to open the bes12 app once, and with that, the migration started...

Check version of BES 12 client (make sure it's not the old BES 10 client).
Check version of iOS - make sure they are running the latest (it won't migrate with some older versions of iOS).
