I have running a BES10.0 Server. Now I want to install the UDS, I've bought a license and wanted to set up programm. I am asked to fill in the SRPID and the SRP authentication key. I took the keys from my BES10 installation, but the setup aborted with failure. In the installation log file is the following line:

TestSRPAuthenticationInfo: Detected the SRP data are in use by another system.

Now the question: Have I to buy another SRP key?

What version are you installing?
Are you trying to setup everything on the same box?



PS: You don't buy a SRP key. The SRP key is the "server license" and they are free since BES 10.0. You only pay for the CAL's which can be either annual or perpeptual.

PPS: Unless you are looking into using the Secure Work Space solution for iOS/Android, the UDS part of BES 10 is not going to talk to the BlackBerry Relay Service but you need to publish the UDS for WAN access.
