I have implemented Mobile Fusion and getting everyone's model # and OS version is great. What I'd like to do, since we have so many, is to export this data to a spreadsheet so I know right away who's got an old phone, who's OS needs updating etc. I can't see any reports or anything available.
I've been able to copy and paste, but that seems a bit tedious.
No can do. I called into support about this a while back. The only method is to pull the data directly from the tables in SQL, which wasn't something I wanted to mess with.
