We keep experiencing an intermittent issue whereby the Categories within our corporate Google Play for work store are duplicated. Normally we would only have 5 categories listed and several apps in each, intermittently these categories and their apps are duplicated twice or three times which does not look good and is confusing for users.

The problem will appear for a few days and then disappear for several weeks, I'm not 100% sure but I believe it seems to reoccur when we had just added new apps into the store. I have attached an image as an example.

Devices are Samsung J5's using Android For Work (Work Only) profiles.

Has anybody come across this issue before?

What version UEM do you have? I believe we have this fixed with 12.8 release

Has Blackberry confirmed this is fixed or do you mean it has fixed it got your environment?

Yes, sorry I was posting from my personal account not my @bb account. It's fixed in 12.8 and should be on 12.7.2. After you upgrade, open the Apps UI in UEM Server and select the refresh button. If this does not address your issue, please let me know. If you want to try this on 12.7.2, do a refresh like above, and add/remove an application to your Server. This should trigger a store layout change to the devices.

We have cleared the duplicates a refresh.

We'll look to upgrade to 12.8 and then test whether this bug still occurs.
