I am trying to figure out if there is a way in which I can force the phone to ring and vibrate if I generate a Level 1 notification. I am able to use a filter to create a Level 1 notification using subject filtering, but want to lock out the ability of end users and lock Level 1 notifications to vibrate and ring or just ring? I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
