Newbie BESX 5.0.2.29 admin here, trying to set up OTA device software upgrades.
While trying to find upgrade bundles on the "Search for new BlackBerry Device Software bundles" page I get the following error, regardless of what parameters I enter in the selection fields:
"The BlackBerry Administration Service cannot find the records you were looking for. Verify the search criteria you specified and try again."
I have opened the relevant ports on my firewall and can see all traffic from my BESX passing through without a problem.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to start looking for the prob here?
