I am using xiaomi Mi 8 phone and UEM cannot be activated. It firstly says "Your using this app outside of your work profile". And then it turns out "your device cannot be activated at this time. I'm assuming you actually have a corporate UEM you're trying to connect to?

You’ll need to contact IT help desk in your corporation.

But using iPhone is fine to connect to the same UEM. Is it Android phone problem? Thanks.

Your corporation may have setup additional limitations or steps to use Android devices.
