- I recently upgraded a user to BB Desktop Manager 4.5 to allow the user to sync his contacts and his calender out of Lotus Notes. While logged in as the administrator to the PC I was able to transfer and sync all the information with no problems.
However when I log in as the user it gets about half way through the initial sync process and I get an "unknown error reported" box with no information. and the Sync process stops. I've elevated the user to a power user which did not resolve my issue. Has anybody seen similar issues and have a work around or resolution?08-20-08 02:25 PMLike 0
