Does anyone know if you switch who you get your BlackBerry support through if the CALs you trade up through the BES10 trade up program are no longer free? I haven't found anywhere that says they wouldn't still be free and I think it's just a last effort for our rep to have us stay with them.

Not really understanding the question but the upgrade is free until Dec 13 2013. If they are perpetual licenses they remain perpetual. If they are annual you would still need to renew at renewal time.

If you already have BES 5 CALs then they can be traded up no matter who your rep is. You can do this yourself at their public site for no charge no matter what as long as you already have existing BES 5 cals.
