I'm a newbie BES admin. I work for a public school district, and our Superintendent has a digital signature that he applies to his messages. His sig was issued by "GeoTrust True Credentials CA 2". The problem is that some of his messages are coming through to the BB's, but not all of them.
I've got to be certain that 100% of his messages are getting delivered. Is there action I need to take on the BES to make sure his signed messages are handled properly?
