We are using BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 phones, and we have some problem with the S/MIME certificate. It works fiine on older mobiles (9790), but it does not work properly on Z10, Q10.
We imported the pfx to the phone, there is no problem when we want to send email. However when recieve a mail with digital signature, we recieve an erros message (red text): "the signature of the message is wrong..."
It looks like the senders certification is not trusted, but on every other type of phone, there is no error.

We imported also the senders public certification/key to the BB (we tried in .crt and .cer as well), but the erros message does not cease.
We have read the following article: KB34437, did all of the steps, but still any change.

I'm looking forward the solution because this is unacceptable!
