Good morning to all,

I tried to activate android devices on UDS console.
I have Blackberry Server 10.2.3 and UDS installed and configured correctly.
I tried Lenovo A820 (Android 4.3) and Samsung Galaxy S III Mini (Android 4.2.1) with no luck. Actually after installing bes10 client on the devices , the installation completed successfully (I saw that is compliant) and then stops. I mean that it supposed to bring me popup notification to install secure work space, etc but never happened .
In the other hand I tried to activate Samsung Galaxy S5 (Android 4.4.3). The activation successfully completed (very fast I can say) with all steps.

So I'm asking : Is there any device limitation (except Android OS as compatibility matrix says) because only in SG S5 the activation works.

What device have you activated first and are you allowed to activate more than one device?

I don�t have a Lenovo but both Samsungs - they activate with no issue

I had the same problem. Did you follow the instructions to save the certificate before you do anything else? (see the activation mail...) Use the system browser (not Firefox... did not work for me) and surf to https://XX.bbsecure.com/SXXXXXXXX/ca and safe the certificate.

Then activate the device again. That worked for me.
