I know that BIS service is generally handled and maintained by the carrier. What I'm curious is if one were looking to become a cellular service provider and wanted to offer BIS service, where would one begin? I've been unable to find many answers on Blackberry, RIM, or any other sites. So basically I thought I'd reach out to those in the know and my ultimate source for answers - crackberry.com
Any assistance you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. More so, if someone can provide me with whom I might contact for further insight, I strongly believe in the "degrees of separation" theory. I'm quite confident that someone here knows someone who knows someone ect.
