    I know that the infrastructure is shut down and they'd be useless, but just for historical curiosity, does anyone have an archive of some of the older versions of BES, say, 4.1.7 for Applications, or 4.1.7 for Exchange?

    From memory I'm pretty sure the downloads were inside of an account that had to be setup first. So probable not as easy to find at this point, and not much reason to share that info without there being infrastructure to allow activation.

    I'm sure someone has it, just a matter of them checking CrackBerry for some reason...

    What do you mean by inside an account that had to be setup first? Would that be something like just registering for an archive.org account and then searching, or do you mean that one would have to know the account name that shared it or the URL ahead of time?

    No a BlackBerry Account....

    A lot of times "things" behind a requirement for registration, didn't get archived by these archive bots.

    For the technically curious, I did find an old 4.1.7 updater for "BES for MDS Applications", and found that it wasn't terribly difficult to tweak the 4.1.7 "update" install msi to perform a full installation. It'd still be interesting to locate a copy of the Exchange version though, if anyone sees this and has anything still squirreled away.
