BES upgraded now my email won't sync
I upgraded our BES (GroupWise) server from 4.1.6 (working fine; 10 users) to 4.1.7. Everything ran normally with no errors. All the other phones (that I've checked so far) are working normally. However my phone is not receiving emails (or appointments etc.). One interesting thing: at 2:00 am last night I received several emails and then nothing more. Everything else seems to work ok. In fact, if I view an email on the phone, it shows as viewed in GroupWise, so it seems to be communicating. I can send an email from the phone (BB Tour 9630) but nothing comes in.
I've checked folder redirection, I installed a new update on the phone and it completed the Enterprise Activation normally.
I'm stumped. Any ideas?
