I am a small business owner, and I am looking to setup BES 10 for my Employees.

I do not have experience with this at all. I have a wealth of a technical background, and I am very computer literate. I am looking for guidance to locate the right specs for a server (possibly even exact model recommendations), required software / hardware, and proper instructions or outline detailing a sequence of activity required to set up the Server / Phones properly. I will only be setting up a maximum of 10 phones. I found the BlackBerry site to be geared toward professionals with experience setting up this type of service, and I have limited time to "learn on the job".

Any suggestions, guidance, advise, and/or information would be greatly appreciated.

If you are in canada your phone carrier like rogers/bell will definitely know but Z10(touch)/Q10(bold with keyboard) are the best phones to run on BES 10 and soon there will be a cheaper one Q5(curve with keyboard).
Getting started with BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10

This is how your employees go into the server which is pretty self explanatory
