I signed up for BES12 Cloud via US. Been looking for the BBM Protected plus package (which allow me to open a protected conversation with anyone - as I understand it � compared to the normal BBM Protected plan where I can only have secure chats with those who have BBM Protected subscribed). I was looking for BBM Protected Plus in the Enterprise shop, but could not find it. Any trick to get hold of it or is it simply not available under the name I am searching for?

BBM Protected Plus is part of BBM Protected.

I think, BBM Protected is available for users with USA or Canada addresses.

I can see BBM Protected within the Enterprise Store. It is under Employee Productivity

Finally managed to understand the process and sign up. Man, this is was straight forward at all.

Have now BBM Protected, Plus and Autophrase.

Now exploring these new settings.

Just found out that I can disable is as part of BBM protected. Cool feature!

Question: a lock appears in the BBM chat. If clicked I have them option to share the pass phrase. If I do that then I get a message saying the BBM chat is protected. Am I changing the passphrase when I click it?

Hello - I think your premise is wrong. If you subscribe with BBM protected then your BBMS are protected with all others (and vice versa). You cannot however have a protected group without everyone being a subscriber

I think the ble banner comes with the BBM shop subscriptions, like timed message, message retraction, custom PIN...
