Hi

I have installed the new Blackberry Web Desktop Manager into our Lotus notes test environment.
Domino version is 7.0.2
Blackberry server is 4.1

I can get the webpage up, but my credentials won't work. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Hi there,

I struggled also. I found you need to enter your Internet address for the username. Also you will need to enable SSL with DIIOP and start the HTTP task.

Did this end up working for you? I'm in the same position, same environment.

I can see the Web Desktop Manager page, but am unable to pass login credentials.

I had the same issue with the login. All I did was added the server fully qualified domain name to the DIIOP section of the Server doc (Internet Protocols-->DIIOP-->Host name/address) Then rebooted.
Make sure all DIIOP and HTTP Domino tasks are started after reboot.
